IDR is seeking a Wealth Management Business Analyst to join one of our top clients. This role involves supporting a major project within the wealth management industry, focusing on requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance business operations and reporting capabilities.
Position Overview for the Wealth Management Business Analyst:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and business requirements.
- Develop detailed use cases, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with business and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting verification activities.
Requirements for the Wealth Management Business Analyst:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis and/or Quality Assurance experience.
- Strong experience within Wealth Management, Investment Management, Private Banking, or Financial Services environments.
- Deep understanding of wealth management performance reporting, attribution, and performance calculations.
- Experience writing business requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and test cases.
