IDR is seeking a UX Researcher to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lehi, UT!
Position Overview for the UX Researcher:
- Define, build out, and cultivate adoption of the UX research toolkit and best practices across product teams
- Lead research work on qualitative and quantitative projects, both online and offline
- Create customer journeys, profiles, personas, and experience maps
- Translate insights into compelling stories to engage diverse internal audiences
- Develop a sense of customer centricity across long-term innovation projects and stakeholders
Requirements for the UX Researcher:
- 2+ years of experience in UX research
- Bachelor's degree in Usability, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or relevant field
- Working knowledge of UX research tools and methods, including qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Experience setting up new UX research tools and processes, including managing vendor relationships
- Experience working alongside subject matter experts in other crafts such as product, data science, business, and operations
