IDR is seeking a Team Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, Texas . This role supports a team of next-gen tech professionals by keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll partner across the team to manage calendar, travel, meeting logistics, and expense reporting with professionalism and discretion.
Position Overview for the Team Assistant :
- Provide junior administrative support for a team of 13 professionals based in the Americas
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and support logistics across multiple stakeholders
- Handle travel and expense workflows, including preparing accurate expense reports and managing submissions
- Act as a polished, proactive liaison supporting investors, guests, and internal teams
- Provide partnership and backup support for Executive Assistants as needed
Requirements for the Team Assistant :
- Ability to manage a high volume of work, multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks and projects according to what is most time-sensitive
- Extensive experience managing complex and fluid calendars
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Knowledge of Concur Expense Solutions a plus
- Excellent written communication and research skills
- Ability to manage highly sensitive, confidential information with complete discretion
