Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Human Capital):
Develop and maintain custom and standardized HR reports using tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, and ADP.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement AI-driven data visualization tools.
Enhance data models and solutions to support advanced reporting and analysis.
Promote best practices in data governance to ensure high data quality.
Manage change effectively in a post-merger environment, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Required Skills for Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Human Capital):
Over 7 years of experience in advanced analytics, particularly in People Analytics or financial services.
Proficient in SQL with proven experience in querying and data manipulation.
Advanced education in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
Familiarity with Workday and/or Greenhouse for reporting and configuration.
Experience with BI development and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
