IDR is seeking a Quality Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves supporting the delivery of API-related transactions and payments within a dynamic, agile environment in the healthcare or financial services industry. The position offers a chance to work on critical testing projects and contribute to process improvements without any specific mention of compensation.
Position Overview for the Quality Analyst:
- Support the delivery and testing of APIs related to donor transactions and payments.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing using both manual and automated methods.
- Develop and maintain test scenarios and test cases within test management tools.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to improve documentation and SOPs.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies as part of an agile development team.
Requirements for the Quality Analyst:
- Experience with manual and automation testing.
- Experience with more than one testing framework.
- Understanding of databases and experience with SQL.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and comprehension skills.
- Knowledge of testing tools and processes, including ReadyAPI, TestRail, Selenium, UIPath, and Jenkins.
