Position Overview/Responsibilities for the QA Automation Engineer:
- Collaborate with our client's team to design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for regression, functional, and integration testing.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
- Utilize ALM tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps for managing requirements and tracking defects.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman and REST Assured to validate backend services.
Required Skills for QA Automation Engineer:
- Proficiency in ALM tools and experience with Playwright for test case execution and generation.
- Strong background in Selenium with a scripting language for building maintainable and reusable test scripts.
- Experience in defect tracking and collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely issue resolution.
- Familiarity with integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
