IDR is seeking a Player Support Producer II to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Mercer Island, Washington. In this role, you’ll help define and deliver a high-quality support experience for new game features, partnering across Product, Technology, and Operations. You’ll lead cross-functional stakeholders through planning, launch readiness, and post-launch measurement to ensure features ship smoothly and improve the player experience.
Position Overview for the Player Support Producer II:
- Lead cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operationally ready support experiences for upcoming game features
- Coordinate scope, dependencies, and timelines while facilitating collaboration across Product, Engineering, UX, and Operations
- Run launch preparation sessions, including requirements gathering, policy/tooling discussions, and readiness checkpoints
- Track post-launch KPIs and partner with senior teammates to recommend iterative improvements based on outcomes
- Identify and drive process improvements that enhance team efficiency and the end-user experience
Requirements for the Player Support Producer II:
- 5+ years of professional experience in relevant environments
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or production roles
- Proficiency with project/product management tools (e.g., Jira and similar platforms)
- Experience supporting software, game, and/or product development workflows and best practices
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex, cross-team initiatives
