IDR is seeking a Project Manager - LMS to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is ideal for a seasoned project management professional with experience supporting LMS migrations within enterprise environments. The organization specializes in HR technology solutions and talent management systems, offering a collaborative environment focused on innovative system integrations.
Position Overview for the Project Manager - LMS:
- Responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the Talent Technology portfolio.
- Develops project plans, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely delivery by technical teams.
- Supports enterprise LMS migration initiatives, including evaluation of systems like Workday Learning.
- Leads communication efforts during high-priority system incidents, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborates across HR, IT, and business teams to support future platform decisions and complex environment assessments.
Requirements for the Project Manager - LMS:
- 6+ years of project management experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment (large enterprise/professional services).
- 4+ years’ experience supporting Workday LMS initiatives.
- Experience leading project presentations to key stakeholders.
- Experience working across multiple teams and departments.
- PMP Certification and Cornerstone experience are preferred.
