Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Program Manager- Retail Media Network:

- Lead complex marketing programs, influencing stakeholders and mentoring team members
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage external partners/vendors and multimillion-dollar budgets
- Work closely with creative/content teams and utilize digital marketing tools and processes
- This is a 9-month contract position

Required Skills for Program Manager- Retail Media Network:

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or related program management roles
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies with cross-functional teams
- Strong background in managing external partners/vendors and multimillion-dollar budgets
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work through ambiguity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation Details: $75-80/hour
