IDR is seeking a Product Associate/Product Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New York. This role involves supporting a credit card servicing team within the financial services industry, focusing on developing and managing customer-facing products through collaborative, agile methodologies.
Position Overview for the Product Associate/Product Manager :
- Support a co-branded credit card servicing team by defining and documenting product requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, data, engineering, and business to drive product delivery.
- Manage backlog execution, prioritize tasks, and support release planning in a scaled Agile environment.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and requirements using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and open items, developing resolution strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements for the Product Associate/Product Manager :
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, writing, and managing in JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong experience working in cross-functional teams across design, data, engineering, and business.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve risks and blockers effectively.
- Experience working in a scaled Agile product delivery environment.
