IDR is seeking a Pricing Manager to join an organization in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is embedded within a dynamic industry that focuses on strategic pricing operations, data accuracy, and process improvements to support organizational margin and customer service goals. The company values strong leadership, analytical prowess, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Position Overview for the Pricing Manager:
- Lead and develop the organization’s pricing function, ensuring strategic execution and governance.
- Oversee pricing accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, purchasing, operations, and IT to align pricing activities.
- Manage and improve pricing systems, policies, and operational processes.
- Support pricing-related decision-making and system enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Requirements for the Pricing Manager:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in pricing, finance, revenue management, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing or maintaining pricing processes, controls, or governance frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
