Empire Distributors Inc, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring an On Premise Regional Account Manager. This person will lead the company’s efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers. The manager of National/ Regional accounts is responsible for achieving sales quotas and assigned strategic account objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

· Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.  

· Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer’s expectations.  

· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.  

· Proactively leads a joint company- strategic objectives in assigned accounts  

· Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.  

· Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.  

· Maintain national/ regional account mandates  

· Achieves assigned sales quota in designated accounts.  

· Meets assigned expectations for profitability.  

· Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.  

· Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.  

· Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.  

· Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.  

· Reports to On Premise Assistant Manager  

· Enlists the support of sales specialists, implantation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.  

· Closely coordinates company executive and supplier involvement with customer management.  

· Works closely with District Managers and Sales Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.  

  

Education and/or Experience 

Four-year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations 

Alcohol Permit and Valid Driver’s License  

Computer Skills  

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems and Spreadsheet software, Diver reporting software and Social Media programs
