IDR is seeking a MEP Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Sunland Park, NM. This role is within a construction management environment focused on overseeing MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle. The company specializes in large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects, emphasizing quality, coordination, and timely delivery.
Position Overview for the MEP Coordinator:
- Oversee and coordinate MEP systems during various phases of construction projects.
- Collaborate closely with general contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure schedule adherence.
- Manage multiple project schedules and workflows using industry-standard software.
- Maintain quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements for the MEP Coordinator:
- 8+ years of experience in MEP coordination or construction project management.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance (QA) processes in construction.
- Experience coordinating with general contractors and vendors on project schedules.
- Proven ability to manage and track multiple schedules and project workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with vendors and project teams.
