Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Knowledge Management (KM) Lead / Project Analyst to support our contract at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) DDSB in San Antonio, Texas.
Location: 100% Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, manage, and continuously improve the Knowledge Management Team, including supporting its vision, culture, and alignment with organizational direction and priorities.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, task management, and time management of KM personnel.
- Serve as a representative of the KM Team in meetings, working across functional areas to support communication, coordination, and branch priorities.
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, document repositories, and branch knowledge assets to ensure accessibility, accuracy, consistency, and configuration control.
- Lead and support technical writing, document editing, document quality control, and standardization of processes and procedures across the Branch.
- Develop, maintain, and improve organizational policies, procedures, templates, and knowledge artifacts to support operational consistency and mission effectiveness.
- Evaluate defined program goals, objectives, and performance targets to identify gaps, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to meet current and future business needs.
- Conduct research, analysis, and requirements gathering to support development of high-level programmatic documentation and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure clear, accurate representation of activities, priorities, and customer support efforts.
- Provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and responsiveness of programs, services, and internal operations.
- Manage the creation, editing, quality control, and distribution of the Report of the Day (RoD), including responding to RoD questions and ensuring submissions conform to standards.
- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc metrics, dashboards, reports, and trend analyses for branch leadership using tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Visio.
- Create and maintain the Branch Organizational Chart and other visual management products using Microsoft Visio.
- Support Infrastructure and Operations and broader Branch documentation, communication, and configuration management efforts.
- Provide direct support to KM leadership, technical writers, and branch personnel through process support, editing, coordination, and knowledge management best practices.
- Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned in support of branch and organizational priorities.
Skills:
- Experience in knowledge management, technical writing, program analysis, process improvement, or organizational support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, professional, and standardized documentation.
- Experience supporting SharePoint administration, document repositories, and knowledge-sharing environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Visio, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance OR Current DHA Public Trust/NACLC Background Check is Required to Start
- Security+ CE or Bachelors degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IS, Data Science or Software Engineering.
- ITIL4 Foundation Certification
