Position Overview for the IT Project Manager :We’re looking for a Project Manager to support a high-profile enterprise transformation program that will integrate Oracle CRM, CPQ, Procurement/RFP, and FDI/Analytics systems. The initiative is focused on modernizing a highly manual, spreadsheet-driven bid and rewards process used by the commercial and sales teams. You’ll play a critical role in the mobilization and discovery phase, collaborating with global business stakeholders, internal IT, and an external systems integrator.
Required Top Skills for the IT Project Manager :- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably within enterprise transformations
- Proven experience leading transformation projects involving the implementation of Oracle or Salesforce modules, specifically CRM, CPQ, Procurement, or Quote-to-Cash systems.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira for tracking milestones and managing deliverables
- PMP certification is required
- Comfortable leading discovery sessions and managing scope during early-stage initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working with offshore teams and coordinating across multiple time zones
