IDR is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Invoice Contractor to join one of our top clients in Brentwood. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Invoice Contractor:

- Handling data input and follow-ups
- Managing invoices, answering invoice-related queries, and handling backlog requests
- Reviewing sponsorship requests and making recommendations
- Reviewing contracts and agreements, liaising with legal as needed
- Processing invoices and coordinating with vendors on payments
- Coordinating promotional items for events
- Conducting research on experiential marketing and business standards
- Answering store questions on event best practices
- This is a short-term contract for 4-5 weeks

Required Skills for Invoice Contractor:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Strong communication skills and a creative mind
- Experience in retail, customer service, tracking expenses, managing a budget, and familiarity with the TSC lifestyle are pluses
- Any campaign marketing experience, field or community marketing experience, marketing for small businesses, assisting with grand openings, etc. are also beneficial
