IDR is seeking a Investor Relations / Public Relations Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves supporting both strategic and day-to-day operations of investor and public relations teams within a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and capable of managing high-visibility activities while representing the organization with professionalism.
Position Overview for the Investor Relations / Public Relations Coordinator:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar and travel management.
- Coordinate investor relations activities such as stakeholder engagement, investor communications, and conference logistics.
- Manage internal and external communications, including preparing presentation materials and handling confidential information.
- Serve as a primary contact for investor and analyst inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Support quarterly earnings activities, including preparing materials, managing logistics, and coordinating with vendors and media teams.
Requirements for the Investor Relations / Public Relations Coordinator:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience supporting senior leadership within corporate communications, investor relations, finance, or executive operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or suitable combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal presence in managing confidential, high-visibility matters.
- Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of quality and accuracy.
