Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HRIS Analyst :

- Develop and implement strategies for talent management, recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding technology processes and tools
- Provide comprehensive support for ERP systems like Workday, Oracle, and SAP
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making and process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess analytics needs and deliver both ad hoc and proactive reporting
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or gaps in data
- Maintain and update data tables used for reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with People + Culture leaders, ITS, and the Enterprise Analytics team to optimize data usage and system capabilities

Required Skills for HRIS Analyst :

- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Strong recent experience with Workday
- Experience analyzing HR metrics and identifying trends
- Experience working with other HR Business Analysts and other roles
