Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ERP Workday Functional Program Manager – SCM:
Lead and manage project schedules, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery within the SCM domain.
Collaborate closely with the ERP Program Director to align project goals and objectives.
Engage in hybrid work arrangements, with flexibility for onsite presence as needed.
Oversee the implementation of Workday solutions, ensuring compliance with complex and regulated environments.
This is a 2-year contract position, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment.
Required Skills for ERP Workday Functional Program Manager – SCM:
8-12 years of experience in ERP delivery, with a strong focus on SCM.
Proven track record of at least two successful Workday implementations.
Experience working in complex, regulated environments.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
Ability to navigate and manage project risks and dependencies efficiently.
