This is a fully onsite position; must be local to Downtown ATL!Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Entry Level Help Desk Technician:- Provide tier 1 technical support over the phone
- Log and track service tickets in the System
- Answer and greet visitors in IT Department
Required Skills:- Entry level- 1 year of relevant IT experience
- Knowldge of computer hardware, software and basic networking
- Excellent phone presence and written and verbal communication
- Ability to resolve tickets both over the phone
