IDR is seeking a Deputy Workday Functional Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Olympia, Washington. This role supports a major cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation project within the finance sector. The organization specializes in innovative technology solutions, and this position offers the chance to work on a high-impact project remotely.
Position Overview for the Deputy Workday Functional Lead:
- Support the Functional Lead in executing Workday Financials implementation activities throughout the full project lifecycle
- Perform system configuration and tenant builds in alignment with business and technical requirements
- Contribute to solution design, ensuring consistency with Workday best practices and client needs
- Assist in developing and executing testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
- Help manage functional deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
Requirements for the Deputy Workday Functional Lead:
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday Financials implementations
- Intermediate-level expertise in Workday Financials configuration and functionality
- Experience with tenant builds, system configuration, and testing activities
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Workday implementation lifecycle
- Must have a Workday certification
