IDR is seeking a Creative Director to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role offers a unique chance to lead creative strategies and storytelling efforts within a dynamic organization focused on fundraising and awareness initiatives.
Position Overview for the Creative Director:
- Serve as a senior creative contributor, providing strategic guidance for design, content, video, and marketing initiatives
- Shape multi-channel storytelling and audience-first concepts that align with organizational goals
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and workflow efficiency
- Maintain momentum across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring consistency and quality
- Influence creative outcomes and elevate work without direct supervisory responsibilities
Requirements for the Creative Director:
- 10+ years of experience in creative, design, or integrated marketing roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel campaigns, strategic storytelling, and brand consistency
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Strong presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint and/or Keynote)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
