IDR is seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role supports the company's efforts in recruiting for both corporate and property management positions within the real estate and construction industries, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment without mentioning compensation details.
Position Overview for the Contract Corporate Recruiter:
- Assist with recruiting for corporate roles and property management positions, ensuring a streamlined hiring process.
- Utilize ATS tools to identify candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
- Draft offer letters and conduct phone screens to evaluate candidate suitability and experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely talent solutions.
- Support the company's onboarding initiatives and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process.
Requirements for the Contract Corporate Recruiter:
- Proven experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ability to draft offer letters and conduct phone screens effectively
- Strong professional communication skills to represent the company positively
- Prior experience or familiarity with property management or real estate a plus
- Comfortable working onsite five days a week in Nashville, TN
