IDR is seeking a Communications Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. This role involves managing and executing visual merchandising communications to ensure consistent brand presentation across stores. The organization is a leading retailer known for its innovative approach to beauty and personal care products.

Position Overview for the Communications Coordinator:

• Oversee and manage the execution of secondary visual merchandising communications, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
• Drive the creation and oversight of directives including promo planner, sign directives, and holiday communications, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Manage the Promo Planner document, coordinate proofing, updates, and timely delivery of visual merchandising materials.
• Approve planogram exceptions and make necessary updates to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Maintain oversight on the alignment of visual displays with brand guidelines and store experience standards.

Requirements for the Communications Coordinator:

• Undergraduate degree or 4 years of relevant experience in a retail or visual merchandising environment.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in merchandising, visual marketing, or related fields, with proven leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to optimize processes for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of leading meetings and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
