IDR is seeking a CAPPS Travel & Expense Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves supporting the CAPPS Program within the state government, focusing on functional configuration, system support, and process improvements for Travel & Expense modules. The organization operates within the public sector and emphasizes system accuracy, policy compliance, and stakeholder support.
Position Overview for the CAPPS Travel & Expense Analyst:
- Performs highly advanced consultative services and functional assistance related to the CAPPS Program.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for the CAPPS Travel and Expense (T&E) module, supporting configuration, issue resolution, change management, testing, reporting, and compliance.
- Responsible for functional configuration, including business unit setup, expense types, routing rules, and system integrations.
- Collaborates with various teams to ensure system updates align with policies and support operational needs.
- Supports user training, testing, and ongoing system improvements to optimize efficiency and compliance.
Requirements for the CAPPS Travel & Expense Analyst:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policies.
- Extensive technical skillsets with App Designer, Integration Broker, and SQL/SQR/Bapproach BI Publisher.
- Experience working with the Expenses module of PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2.
- Extensive knowledge supporting and providing oversight with batch jobs, i.e., Run My Jobs (RMJ).
- Extensive experience supporting and supporting the CAPPS Financials tower in PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2.
