IDR is seeking a CAPPS AR Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves supporting the statewide ERP system within the financial services sector, focusing on accounts receivable and cash receipt modules. The position offers an exciting chance to contribute to large-scale public sector financial operations.
Position Overview for the CAPPS AR Analyst:
- Perform highly advanced (senior-level) consultative services and functional assistance related to supporting the CAPPS Program.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the CAPPS Accounts Receivable (AR) and Cash Receipts (CR) modules, including configuration, production support, and issue resolution.
- Lead business process improvements, change management, testing coordination, and compliance efforts.
- Support integrations with other modules and provide user training and support.
- Manage reporting, analytic functions, release management, and patch deployment activities.
Requirements for the CAPPS AR Analyst:
- Extensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changes.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policies.
- Extensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, SAP Business Objects, etc.
- Experience working with the Accounts Receivable/Billing non-core module of PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.2.
- Extensive knowledge supporting and providing oversight with batch jobs, i.e., Run My Jobs (RMJ).
