IDR is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Richardson, Texas. In this role, you will support an ERP transformation and PDC (Parts Distribution Center) enablement by partnering with teams to design, configure, and optimize SAP IBP planning solutions for high-volume, exception-driven scenarios. You’ll help bridge IBP capabilities with business requirements and deliver scalable solutions aligned to enterprise priorities.
Position Overview for the Business Solutions Architect
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP IBP Demand, Supply & Response, and Inventory Optimization solutions
- Lead architecture and solution design that supports high-volume, exception-driven parts planning environments
- Act as a thought leader and change agent, aligning IBP capabilities to business requirements
- Partner across IT and business teams to ensure solutions deliver scalable, high-performance planning outcomes
Requirements for the Business Solutions Architect:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and architecture
- Hands-on expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning / Response & Supply, and Inventory Optimization
- Experience with SAP CPI-DS / SDI / RTI integrations and SAP ERP (ECC/S4) integration
- Strong experience with high-volume, exception-based planning environments
- Ability to perform business requirement analysis and solution design
