IDR is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting a major project by documenting workflows and user experiences within a dynamic environment, focusing on Salesforce processes without requiring deep technical expertise.
Position Overview for the Business Analyst:
- Document current-state workflows and user experience related to the project.
- Gather and organize business requirements from business stakeholders.
- Translate stakeholder conversations into clear functional and process documentation.
- Support analysis of workflows and processes that interact with Salesforce.
- Work with project teams to ensure requirements and documentation align with project objectives.
Requirements for the Business Analyst:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst or functional analyst.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, including understanding of platform functionality and UI workflows.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and requirements-gathering skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate needs into structured documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
