Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Benefits Support Analyst:

• Oversee and audit benefit data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and updating information as necessary. • Provide essential backup support for payroll processes, including Retro deductions and Leave of Absence (LOA) administration. • Assist with the administration of Qualified Life Events (QLE) and new hire changes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries. • Complete compliance forms such as QMSCOs and Medicare Requests for Employment Information. • Support the Benefits Support team in administering FSA/HSA and 401k plans.

Required Skills for Benefits Support Analyst:

• Proficient in Workday, particularly in Benefits modules, and experienced with Zendesk ticketing systems. • Advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including vlookups and pivot tables, for effective data analysis. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service and interpersonal interactions. • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive data. • 1-2 years of experience in Benefits Administration or a related HR field.
