IDR is seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join one of our top clients for a role based in Brentwood, Tennessee. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in software development within a collaborative and innovative environment. Position Overview for the Associate Software Engineer:
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications focused on AI technologies
- Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams across multiple time zones to ensure seamless project execution
- Engage in researching new solutions and proactively contribute to a dynamic learning environment
- Support ongoing product development efforts and provide technical solutions
- Participate in onsite interviews and work onsite five days a week in Brentwood, Tennessee
Requirements for the Associate Software Engineer:
- Recent graduate with 0-1 year of software development experience
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Ability to work across time zones and adapt to odd working hours as needed
- Excellent research skills and proactive approach to learning new technologies
- Ability to work onsite in Brentwood, Tennessee, and communicate effectively within a team
