IDR is seeking a Application Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves guiding the design and development of enterprise applications within a dynamic, innovative environment focused on modern software solutions. The company operates within the education technology sector, emphasizing scalable and secure application architecture.
Position Overview for the Application Architect:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-level applications.
- Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, and maintenance.
- Utilize deep expertise in .NET technologies and relational databases to deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements for the Application Architect:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development life cycle.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, API, .NET Core).
- Excellent, effective communication with customer and design ideas with teams, verbally & written.
- Estimating work with accurate timelines and resource requirements.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies.
